We know that you want your day to be perfect so when it comes to beautiful chair coverings and decorative fabrics, we worry about every detail so you don’t have to. We are a family operated business based in Berks County, PA that provides everything you need to create an affordable and elegant atmosphere customized to your personality and style.

What’s your style?

Royal or rustic, traditional or trendy, city or country… how do you feel like celebrating?  Once you’ve selected your venue, the next step is to envision the atmosphere you want to create. 

• Different fabrics spark different moods. Choose a chiffon, organza or gauze to create a romantic feel.  Satin or velvet deliver a luxurious tone.
• Colors elicit diverse emotions. Warm colors like red, yellow and orange evoke feelings of happiness and high energy.  Cool colors like green, blue and purple can be calming and soothing. 
• Finishing touches add a flourish. For a tailored look, consider buttons and clean lines. Bows and frills add that fancy flounce. Want to add some bling?  Consider gold or silver accents.

How much do you want to do?

Are you a do-it-yourselfer or would you rather someone else take it from start to finish?  Most companies, including Fancy Seats, offer several different delivery options.

• Pick it up and set up on your own. This option works well if you or your caterer plan to set things up. You simply need to pick the time and come and get your order. Once the party is over, you will need to return your items to the vendor.
• Delivery, set up and take down. For people who have dozens of details to manage, full delivery and on site set up make sense.  If you choose this option, be sure that you are on premise to sign off on the installation to make sure it meets your specifications.

What’s your budget?

Relax. You can find quality fancy seat covers and decor regardless of the size of your budget.  Factors that impact the cost include quantity, material, finishing details and delivery options.  Make sure you discuss your budget up front before you begin the design process.

For over a decade, we have been adding personal flair with beautiful table décor to weddings, banquets, showers and parties in Reading PA, Berks County, Philadelphia, Limerick, Collegeville, Valley Forge, King of Prussia, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Pottsville, Schuylkill County, and beyond. We offer three different packages tailored to meet your specific needs:

• DIY - we package up your décor and you pick it up.
• Standard – we supply chair coverings for 140 chairs
• All inclusive – from start to finish – we supply, set up and break down everything you need to make your event shine.

Each option begins with a personal consultation and follows with on-site visit.
